Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) for the Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd.  (“Princess”) and Xponential Fitness LLC (“Xponential”) ClassPoints Cruise Purchase promotion (“Promotion”) fulfilled by Open Network Exchange Inc (“ONE,” “we, “our,” or “us”) set forth a legally binding agreement between ONE and the purchaser (“purchaser,” “you” or “your”) who purchases products and/or services through the Promotion. Eligibility to participate in the Promotion is based on current Xponential ClassPoints level, and is solely determined by Xponential and us. Please review these Terms and Conditions thoroughly as well as all terms and conditions and policies and procedures supplied by the provider of any product or service (“Provider”) offered through the Promotion, including but not limited to the ClassPoints terms and conditions and the Xponential privacy policy (collectively, the “Provider Terms”). To the extent of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Provider Terms, these Terms shall govern and control.

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the PrincessPartnerships.com Terms of Use, the PrincessPartnerships.com Privacy Notice, and Provider Terms and you accept these Terms and Conditions on the behalf of any traveling companions, users of any service purchased through the Promotion, and/or guests (including minors and those under any disability) (collectively with you, “Customers”). Additionally, you agree that it is your sole responsibility to inform all Customers of the contents of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Provider Terms. Participation in the Promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

To book an eligible Princess cruise under this Promotion you must register for a user account through our registration process that we make available through the RedeemYourTravel.com, or, by calling 1-888-810-0912 where an Xponential Travel Concierge will create your account for you (referred to herein as “Account”). All RedeemYourTravel.com terms, conditions, and policies apply to your use of your Account and all purchases made through RedeemYourTravel.com. Once registered, your Account will remind you of your eligibility to request your gift card after you complete your Princess cruise.

Promotion Details

The Promotion is for a limited time and available only to residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years old or older. While supplies last, participants in this Promotion will receive one Xponential studio brand Gift Card (“Gift Card”) after purchasing and completing a sailing on an eligible Princess cruise of seven (7) days or longer. Your Xponential ClassPoints level determines which Gift Card you are eligible to receive under this Promotion and the Xponential studio brand where you earned your ClassPoints status will determine the brand applicable to your Gift Card. Gift Cards are only usable at the brand where you earned your ClassPoints status. For example, if you reach Gold status for Pure Barre ClassPoints, your corresponding Gift Card is a $450 Pure Barre Gift Card and not eligible for use with other brands. The Xponential ClassPoints levels and associated Gift Cards included in this Promotion are listed below. You must maintain the relevant ClassPoints level throughout the cruise and the gift card redemption period. The ClassPoints terms and conditions apply to all aspects of the ClassPoints program and levels.

                                    Silver:   $300 Xponential studio brand Gift Card

                                    Gold:     $450 Xponential studio brand Gift Card                             

To receive the Gift Card, you must submit a request by completing the form at xponential.princesspartnerships.com/classpoints with your contact and identifying information and receive a valid confirmation email. Your information will be shared with Xponential to confirm your ClassPoints status and level. By submitting the form you consent to Xponential receiving your information. Please review Xponential’s privacy policy here for more information. Gift Cards will be issued electronically and delivered to the email address on file within thirty (30) days after submitting the request.

You may take advantage of this Promotion as often as you wish, while it lasts, for every new Princess cruise you purchase, provided you are the primary cruiser, you complete the sailing, and you maintain an eligible Xponential ClassPoints membership. You may not request more than one Gift Card per cruise.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are redeemable only up to their balance for select Xponential studio brand products or services. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, unless required by law. Xponential Gift Cards, LLC (“XGC”) is the Gift Card issuer and sole obligor to the Gift Card owner. Neither we, Xponential, XGC nor any of our affiliate will be responsible for or obligated to replace any Gift Card that is lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission, unless required by law. Cruises

Eligible cruises for the Promotion are limited to select Princess cruises. Each cruise fare includes cruise accommodations for you and a guest. Unless stated otherwise, cruises include all regular onboard meals and entertainment. Regular onboard meals are those in the ship’s main dining rooms and buffet locations. Cruises are subject to the terms and conditions of Princess’ passage contract.

  
Cruise guests (if you choose to add a guest to a booking) must meet all eligibility requirements to sail as described on Princess’ website as of the date of departure. Any cruise guest under twenty-one (21) years of age (“Minor Guest”) must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years or older. If the Minor Guest is your child, then such Minor Guest must be accompanied at all times during the cruise by you. All cruise travelers must have all necessary identification and/or cruise documents (including but not limited to a valid passport, visa, if applicable, and all other necessary travel documents, which include any health certifications/proofs of vaccination that are required by Princess and/or applicable governments/ports) required for the cruise. As set forth in more detail in the passage contract, Princess reserves the right to refuse to embark any traveler, at any time if, in Princess’ sole opinion, a traveler is unfit for any reason for the cruise. We will not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any acts or omissions whatsoever by cruise operators or any other persons providing any cruise-related services or accommodations. You and any guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at your option and hereby acknowledge that we have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

  
Availability; Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms

All travel products and services offered in the Promotion are capacity controlled and subject to availability. Such products and services included in the Promotion are not guaranteed until confirmation is received from the Provider through us.

Availability may be limited during key periods and holidays throughout the year.

Products and services included in the Promotion may not be available at all times and may be substituted or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right, at any time, to change prices and billing methods for products and services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the products and services or by e-mail delivery to you. Providers retain certain rights to increase fares and rates (including, without limitation, taxes, service charges, airport charges, and government fees), modify itineraries, change availability, and change and/or discontinue promotions and/or special offers, at any time for any reason. Any increase in price or rate imposed by the Provider will be passed on to you, and you agree to such increase, unless otherwise stated in the Provider Terms related to the individual transaction.

This Promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. The benefits of this Promotion are applicable only to select products and services at our sole discretion and subject to availability. California requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. ONE maintains a Consumer Protection Bond issued by Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company in the amount of $100,000.00.
